International Orders - PLEASE READ!

We welcome international orders.  All orders will be charged in $NZ. With International orders, we will need to take the GST (tax) component out and possibly charge a little more for shipping. We will then get back to you with the amended price. Please note tracked parcels will cost considerably more. Please advise if you wish to have your parcel tracked. Parcels sent via Airmail with no tracking will be at customers risk.

Layby

We understand that purchasing a full set of modern cloth nappies, can be very expensive. We really would like to help out so we can make it more affordable saving you and your family alot more money in the long run.

Our layby terms are 10% deposit upon ordering. Weekly-fornightly payments will be expected and final payment must be received within 3 months from the start date. If layby is not completed within this time frame the order will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. 

Warranty

All of our products are guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase. Please notify us of any damage/defects immediately. Beyond this timeframe, will be delt with on an individual basis. This does not include normal wear and tear and misuse of items.

Returns

We offer a 30 day right of return on all of our products. If you are dissatisfied, please return unused, unworn, unwashed for a full refund of the purchase price. This will be provided less the shipping and handling fees. Contact MUST be made with us prior to the acceptance of any returns.
