Pricing

All items are charged in New Zealand dollars and prices may be changed without notice.  

Payment 

Payments can be made by Credit Card or Bank Deposit.  Cheques will incur a 50 cent clearance fee, so please contact us before sending a cheque.  All payments must clear before goods are dispatched. 

Shipping

All orders will be processed on receipt of payment. We will notify you of approximate delivery times with out of stock items.

A flat rate of $5.00 will be charge for all New Zealand orders. Some of our items offer free shipping.  Free shipping and Flat Rate shipping is not available for International Orders.

Please note that our courier WILL NOT deliver to a PO Box.  Please provide a street address.

International Orders - PLEASE READ!

We welcome international orders.  All orders will be charged in $NZ. With International orders, we have to calculate shipping manually, and will send you an amended shipping amount.  Free shipping does not apply.  

Please note tracked parcels will cost considerably more. Please advise if you wish to have your parcel tracked.  New Zealand Post have recently changed their charging methods, and the minimum charging weight is 200g - this means that the minimum amount that it will cost to send to Australia is $6.80; the minimum cost of postage to send to the United Kingdom is $13.00; and the minimum cost of postage to send to the United States is $11.50.  Please ask for countries outside these three.

Parcels sent via Airmail with no tracking will be at customers risk.

Layby

We understand that purchasing a full set of modern cloth nappies, can be very expensive. We really would like to help out so we can make it more affordable saving you and your family alot more money in the long run.

Laybys are available for all orders over $50 (excluding postage).  Our layby terms are 20% deposit upon ordering. Weekly-fornightly payments will be expected and final payment must be received within 8 weeks from the start date. If layby is not completed within this time frame the order will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.  Store credit will be given for the balance of the layby. 

Warranty

All of our products are guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase. Please notify us of any damage/defects immediately. Beyond this timeframe, will be dealt with on an individual basis. This does not include normal wear and tear and misuse of items.

Returns

We offer a 30 day right of return on all of our products. If you are dissatisfied, please return unused, unworn, unwashed for a full refund of the purchase price. This will be provided less the shipping and handling fees. Contact MUST be made with us prior to the acceptance of any returns.
